2. Hosting and server logs

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When you visit, technically necessary data (IP address, time, requested page, user agent) is processed to deliver and secure the site. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; Standard Contractual Clauses also apply. Vercel deletes logs after a short period.

3. Generating and validating files

When you enter a URL, our server fetches publicly available pages of that website (robots.txt, sitemap, HTML pages) or public GitHub repository data, builds the file and returns it to your browser. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (providing the requested service). The URL, fetched content and generated file are processed in memory only and are not stored. Text you paste into the validator is likewise processed in memory and not stored. No AI service is used; files are generated by rules.

4. Cookies and tracking

We use no cookies, analytics or advertising services.

5. Email

If you email us, we process your message and address to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them when no longer needed, unless retention is legally required.

6. Payments

Paid features are not active. This policy will be updated with the payment provider before they launch.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object (Art. 21 GDPR). You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach.
